Display/Download option following 'Search SNP' is available to select display fields of the extracted data and download them in Comma Separated Values(CSV) format.

Dump JSNP®

'Dump JSNP®' has been available to get SNPs' or genes' list with many various gene or SNP related features in various formats.

JSNP® data FASTA files

JSNP® data flat files of SNPs and allele frequency Information have been released. FASTA format files provide the flanking sequence for each report of variations in JSNP® database.

XML files

XML files of SNP Information have been released. The files have  information about Allele Sequence, Allele Frequency, Mapping Information, Screened Sequence, PCR profile and Method.

Genotype Summary Data

You need to apply for access.

Control (Illumina:JSNP550typed)

Download JSNP550typed site has been available to get the dataset of 515,286 SNPs with genotyping information participated by 934 Japanese volunteers.

Case (Perlegen)

These dataset are the genotypic data of 191-195 Japanese samples from each of 35 diseases. Each dataset provides almost 200,000 SNPs in autosomal chromosomes with genotyping information without individual genotype data.
